Matters Limited was established in 1997 by Vincent Collins.
He had previously spent 11 years in the hygiene industry,
where he identified an opportunity for a start-up hygiene
rental company with particular focus on exceptional customer
service.
The company achieved the ISO9002:1994
Quality Standard in 1999 and was recently awarded ISO9001:2000
Certification in June 2004. Quality is always our top priority
and each item receives personal and individual attention to
ensure it meets or exceeds our customer expectations.
The company operates from a 14,000 sq. ft. plant at Golf Links
Road, Roscommon. Its product portfolio has grown to include
Dust Control Mats
Towels
Workwear
Washroom Products
Wipes
Service Matters employs 30 people and has developed its own
sales and distribution network with a total of 12 vehicles
delivering products and services to customers daily.
Service Matters has built a reputation on excellent service,
exceeding customer expectations and attending to the many
little things which can irritate customers. It's current Customer
base include a range of Multinational Companies across different
industries; Indigenous SME's; Small Shops & Retail Outlets.
